1. Our Fulfilment Process
To reduce unnecessary waste and support a more sustainable business model, Amanda & Reed Sydney works with trusted international fulfilment partners. This allows us to offer a carefully selected collection without maintaining excessive inventory.
As a result, approved returns may need to be sent to one of our designated return facilities provided by our fulfilment partner. The correct return address will always be supplied after your return request has been approved. Please do notreturn any items without receiving return instructions from our team first.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all items must:

Show no signs of damage caused after delivery
Trying on clothing for sizing purposes is acceptable; however, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged cannot be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Sale or clearance items may only be returned if they are faulty or if required under applicable consumer law.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process returns that are lost during transit without proof of shipment.

9. Delivery Responsibility
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided during checkout, responsibility passes to the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate when placing an order.
