1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is typically 5–12 business days, depending on your location.

While most orders arrive within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier delays

Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Method

To support a more sustainable fulfilment process and reduce unnecessary waste, Amanda & Reed Sydney works with trusted international fulfilment partners.

Orders are shipped using reliable postal and courier services, including Australia Post and other trusted logistics partners where appropriate.

Depending on your delivery location, international shipments may be subject to customs procedures or local import requirements.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Order value

  • Shipping method selected (where applicable)

Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and following any delivery updates provided by the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is redirected to a local collection point, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us immediately at Info@AmandaReedSydney.com. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, we will always do our best to assist.

Once tracking information confirms that a parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer.
